Lifeguarding

$60/hr

Hosting a pool party or special event? Ensure everyone stays safe with a certified lifeguard on duty. Our experienced lifeguards provide peace of mind, allowing you to relax and enjoy the event while we focus on safety. Contact us to learn more about lifeguard services for your gathering! Each lifeguard can safely monitor up to 40 guests. If your event exceeds this number, additional lifeguards will be required to ensure everyone's safety.

Cancellation Policy 

Swimming Lessons

To register for swimming lessons, please:

1. Email aquaacademykelowna@gmail.com or fill out our contact form 

2. Completion of the swimmer’s profile form.

3. Signed terms of agreement form.

4. Once your lesson is scheduled Aqua Academy requires payment in full to secure your spot. After Aqua Academy has booked you in for your lessons you can send an e-transfer to aquaacademykelowna@gmail.com. 

 

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a refund. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will gladly reschedule your lesson.

 

Lifeguarding

To book a private lifeguard, please:

1. Email aquaacademykelowna@gmail.com or fill out our contact form 

2. Completion of the lifeguarding contact information form.

3. Signed terms of agreement form.

4. Once your event is scheduled Aqua Academy requires payment in full to secure your spot. After Aqua Academy has scheduled set you up with a lifeguard for your event you can send an e-transfer to aquaacademykelowna@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a refund. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of severe weather, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
